WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
10th day of May, 1999.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest for the use of the
Omnibus Services Authority.

ALL THAT piece of land known as
Site for Omnibus Services
Authority and containing an
approximate area of 0.48 area of
an acre situate at Accra—Salaga in
the City of Accra in the Greater
Accra Region of the Republic of
Ghana bounded on the North by
Landed Properties measuring 195
feet more or less; on the South by
Open Space measuring 110 feet more
or less; on the West by Salaga
Street measuring 115 feet more or
less; on the South-east by Post
Office Lane measuring 195 feet
more or less which piece of land
is more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LCS/GAR. 135/84088
attached hereto and thereon shewn
edged pink.
