WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
10th day of August, 1999.
The land specified in the Schedule
is hereby declared to be land
required in the public interest as
a National Sports Complex.
