WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is the land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
30th day of June, 1999.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece or parcel of land
known as Site for Electricity
Company of Ghana Sub-station
containing an approximate area of
2.75 acres situate at Suhum in the
Suhum Kraboa Coaltar District in
the Eastern Region of the Republic
of Ghana adjoining and lying to
the South of existing motor road
and bounded on the North by the
said existing motor road measuring
300 feet more or less on the East
by open space measuring 400 feet
more or less on the South by open
space measuring 400 feet more or
less which piece or parcel of land
is more particularly delineated on
the Plan No. LD 10594/83754 hereto
attached and thereon shewn edged
pink.
