WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Sunday
Ikechukwu Orji, a Nigerian is not
conducive to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 4th day of
January, 2000.
Sunday Ikechukwu Orji is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 5th day
of January, 2000 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
