WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Musah Yobi
and Sumana Kokode, both nationals
of Burkina Faso is not conducive
to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 13 of
the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160)
this Order is made this 27th day
of January, 2000.
Musah Yobi and Sumana Kokode are
hereby ordered to leave Ghana on
31st January, 2000 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
