WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
7th day of January, 2000.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land known as
Site for 33/KV sub-station and
containing an approximate area of
1.42 acres situate at Accra
Motorway Industrial Area Baatsonaa
in the City of Accra in the
Greater Accra Region of the
Republic of Ghana and bounded on
the North-east by un-numbered Plot
on the North-west by proposed road
on the South-east by proposed lane
on the South-west by proposed road
which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on the
Plan No. LC/GAR.253/AC/7764 and
thereon shewn edged pink.
