WHEREAS the President by the State
Lands (Medie-Near Nsawam) Site For
Central Horticultural Experimental
Station and Dam) Instrument, 1972
(E.I. 104) acquired the land
described as the Site for Central
Horticultural Experimental Station
and Dam at Medie near Nsawam as
specified in the schedule to that
Instrument;
AND WHEREAS it has become
necessary to amend the schedule to
the Executive Instrument (E.I.
104) of 1972;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
6th day of September, 2000.
Schedule to E.I. 104/72 Amended
The Schedule specified in the
Executive Instrument E.I. 104/72
is amended by the substitution for
that Schedule of the following
SCHEDULE ‘A’
"All that piece or parcel of land
known as site for Central
Horticultural Experimental station
lying and being at Medie in the Ga
District in the Greater Accra
Region of the Republic of Ghana
comprising approximately 108.893
acres lying to the NORTH-WEST of
the road from Adjenkotoku and
bounded on the North East by stool
land on the South East by stool
land and road from Adjenkotoku to
Medie on the South-West by stool
land on the North-West by stool
land which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on the
plan No. LD.8180B/42076 attached
hereto and thereon edged Pink.

All that piece or parcel of land
known as site for Central
Horticultural Experimental Station
situate at Medie in the Ga
District of the Greater Accra
Region of the Republic of Ghana
comprising approximately 429,963
acres lying to the South-East of
road from Adjenkotoku to Medie and
bounded on the North-East by stool
land on the South-West by stool
land and on the North West by
Adjenkotoku to Medie Motor Road
which piece or parcel of land is
more particularly delineated on
plan No. LD 8180B/42076 attached
hereto and thereon shewn edged
pink”.
