WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
29th day of December, 1999.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece or parcel of land
known as Site for Ministries
containing an approximate area of
13.00 acres situate at Suhum in
the Suhum Kraboa Coaltar District
in the Eastern Region of the
Republic of Ghana adjoining and
lying to the South-east of
Suhum-Koforidua Main Motor Road
and to the East of Suhum Stream
bounded on the North-west by the
said Suhum-Koforidua Main Motor
Road measuring 740 feet more or
less on the East by Proposed Road
measuring 840 feet more or less on
or towards the South by open space
measuring a total distance of 750
feet more or less on the West by
open space measuring 565 feet more
or less which piece or parcel of
land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No. LD.
10902/83260 attached hereto and
thereon shewn edged pink.
