WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required for the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
22nd day of December, 2000.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is declared to
be land required in the public
interest for the building of staff
quarters and offices for the Keta
Sea Defence Project.

ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 2.6 Acres
situate along the main Accra-Aflao
motor road near Anlo Afiadenyigba
junction in the Ketu District of
the Volta Region of the Republic
of Ghana and bounded on the North
by Adelatse Family land measuring
three hundred and thirty-three
feet (333´) more or less and on
the East by Dzakpasu Family land
measuring three hundred and
forty-six feet (346´) more or less
and on the South by the Accra-Aflao
main motor road measuring three
hundred and twenty-eight feet
(328´) more or less and on the
West by Dzakpasu and Quarshie
Family Land measuring three
hundred and sixty-eight feet
(368´) more or less which piece of
land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No. LC GAR
364/84607 attached hereto and
thereon shewn edged pink.
