WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land specified
in the schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125), this Instrument is made this
23rd day of July 2001.

Circle to Neoplan Station—Right of
Way comprising an approximate
total area of 69.97 acres situate
at Accra-Nkrumah Circle to
Achimota Neoplan Station in the
City of Accra in the Greater Accra
Region of the Republic of Ghana
lying and adjoining the Nkrumah
Circle to Achimota Neoplan
Junction Road, which piece of land
is more particularly delineated on
Plan Nos. L.D. 10602/1/84401, L.D.
10602/2/84401 and L.D.
10602/3/84401.
