IN exercise of the powers

section 2 of the Customs and
Excise (Petroleum Taxes and
Petroleum Related Levies)
(Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2001 (Act
603), this Instrument is made this
17th day of August, 2001.
Commencement of Section 1 of Act
544 as Amended by Act 603
Section 1 of the Customs and
Excise (Petroleum Taxes and
Petroleum Related Levies) Act 1998
(Act 544) as inserted by the
Customs and Excise (Petroleum
Taxes and Petroleum Related
Levies) (Amendment) (No. 2) Act,
2001 (Act 603), shall come into
force on 17th August, 2001.
