STATE LANDS (CAPE COAST) SITE FOR PROPOSED REGIONAL HOSPITAL EXTENSION INSTRUMENT, 2001 (EI 13).

 

 

WHEREAS it appears to the President that the land described in the schedule to this Instrument is land required in the public interest.

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred on the President by sub-section (1) of section 1 of the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is made this 8th day of May, 2001.

The land specified in the schedule hereto is hereby declared to be land required in the public interest.

SCHEDULE

ALL THAT piece or parcel of land known as Site for proposed Regional Hospital Extension containing an approximate area of 153.37 acres situate at Cape Coast in the Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abrem District in the Central Region of the Republic of Ghana adjoining partly to the South-eastern edge of the Motor Road from the Cape Coast Town to Adukrom and partly to a Cemetery and bounded on the North-east by an open space for a total distance of 4,020 - feet more or less on the South-east by an open space for a total distance of 2,445.0 feet more or less on the South by an open space and measuring on that side 1,300.0 feet more or less on the South-west by open space for a total distance of 1,100 feet more or less and on the North-west by the said Motor Road from the Cape Coast Town to Adukrom and the said Cemetery for a total distance of 3,690.0 feet more or less which piece of land is more particularly delineated on Plan No. LC GAR 352/55024 hereto attached and thereon shewn edged pink.

E.I. of 2000 Revoked.

The State Lands (Cape Coast—Site for proposed Regional Hospital Extension) Instrument, 2000 E.I. 7 is hereby revoked.
