WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
8th day of May, 2001.
The land specified in the schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

ALL THAT piece or parcel of land
known as site for Petroleum
Products Storage Depot containing
an approximate area of 10.53 acres
situate at Wa and lying north west
of Wa to Tumu Motor Road in the
Wala District in the Upper West
Region of the Republic of Ghana
bounded on the north east by Open
Space measuring 600 feet more or
less on the south east by the said
Wa to Tumu motor road measuring
750 feet more or less on the south
west by Open Space measuring 600
feet more or less on the north
west by Open Space measuring 750
feet more or less as the same
piece or parcel of land is more
particularly delineated on the
plan No. LC76/81985 hereto
attached and thereon shewn edged
Pink.
