Section 1—Appointment of a
Prosecutor.
Colonel Alex Johnson (Rtd.) is
hereby appointed a public
prosecutor in respect of all
criminal causes or matters.
Section 2—Court of Appearance.
The prosecutor is entitled to
appear and plead before any Court
or Tribunal.
