WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of persons
specified in the Schedule to this
order would not be condicive to
the public good.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 36 of
the Immigration Act, 2000 (Act
573) this Order is made this 10th
day of November, 2003.
The persons specified in the
Schedule to this order hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 21st
day of November, 2003 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
