WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection 1 of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
28th day of November, 2003.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

known as Site for Kofi Annan
International Peace Keeping
Training Centre containing an
approximate area of 1202.0 acres
situate at Akoefe- Avenui near Ho
in the Volta Region of the
Republic of Ghana adjoining and
lying to the East of the Nyive
Motor Road and bounded on or
towards the North by open space
measuring a total distance of
7241.8 feet more or less; on or
towards the East by open space
measuring a total distance of
7192.6 feet more or less; on or
towards the South by open space
measuring a total distance of
6844.6 feet more or less; on or
towards the West by the said Nyive
Motor Road measuring a total
distance of 7607.6 feet more or
less which piece or parcel of land
is more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LC81/67082 attached
hereto and thereon shewn edged
pink.
