WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of the persons
specified in the Schedule is not
conducive to the public good;
The persons specified are hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 20th
day September, 2004 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 36 of
the Immigration Act, 2000 (ACT
573) this Order is made this 15th
day of September, 2004.
