LABOUR ACT (COMMENCEMENT) INSTRUMENT, 2004 (E.I. 3)

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for Labour by section 179 of the Labour Act 2003 (Act 651), this Instrument is made this 13th day of February, 2004.

Commencement of Act 651

The Labour Act 2003 (Act 651) shall come into force on the 31st day of March, 2004.
