WHEREAS Saturday, the 13th
November 2004 (Eidul-Fitr) is a
Statutory Holiday;
WHEREAS Monday, 15th November 2004
is not a Statutory Holiday;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
under section 2 of the Public
Holidays Act, 2001 (Act 601) the
President, being satisfied that
Monday, 15th November 2004 be
observed as a Public Holiday,
makes this Instrument this 11th
day of November, 2004.
Monday, the 15th day of November
2004, is declared a Public
Holiday.
