WHEREAS Saturday, 25th December
2004 (Christmas Day), Sunday, 26th
December 2004 (Boxing Day) and
Saturday, 1st January 2005 (New
Year’s Day) are Statutory
Holidays;
WHEREAS Monday, 27th December
2004, Tuesday, 28th December 2004
and Monday, 3rd January 2005 are
not Statutory Holidays;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
under section 2 of the Public
Holidays Act, 2001 (Act 601), the
President, being satisfied that
Monday 27th December 2004, Tuesday
28th December 2004 and Monday 3rd
January 2005 be observed as Public
Holidays, makes this Instrument
this 13th day of December, 2004.
Monday the 27th day of December
2004, Tuesday the 28th day of
December 2004 and Monday the 3rd
day of January 2005 are declared
Public Holidays.
