WHEREAS Sunday the 1st February,
2004 is to be observed as a
statutory public holiday "EID-UL-ADHA";
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
under section 3 of the Public
Holidays Act, 2001 (Act 601), the
President being satisfied that it
would be inexpedient for Sunday
the 1st February, 2004 to be
observed as a public holiday,
makes this Instrument this 28th
day of January, 2004.
Monday the 2nd day of February,
2004 is declared a public holiday.
