WHEREAS Saturday the 1st May 2004,
May Day, is a statutory public
holiday;
WHEREAS Monday the 3rd May 2004 is
not a statutory holiday;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
under section 3 of the Public
Holidays Act, 2001 (Act 601) the
President being satisfied that it
would be inexpedient for Saturday
the 1st May 2004 to be observed as
a public holiday, makes this
Instrument this 23rd day of April,
2004.
Monday the 3rd day of May, 2004 is
declared a public holiday.
