WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land specified
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Land Act, 1962 (Act
125), this Instrument is made this
3rd day of November, 2004.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL of land
known as site for Ghana Water
Company Limited containing an
approximate area of 67.65 acres
situate at Kpong in the Anum Boso
District in the Eastern Region of
the Republic of Ghana bounded on
the North-East by a Proposed Road
measuring 2160 feet more or less
on the South-East by an Open Space
measuring 1280 feet more or less
on the South-West by an Open Space
measuring 1430 feet more or less
as the same piece or parcel of
land is more particularly
delineated on the Plan No.
LC86A/84796 attached hereto and
thereon shewn edged pink.
