WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister for the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Julien Hazeal
Ayayi, a Liberian, is not
conducive to the public good;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
for the Interior by section 36 of
the Immigration Act, 2000 (Act
573) this Order is made this 11th
day of January, 2005.
Julien Hazeal Ayayi is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana by the 12th
day of January, 2005 and
thereafter to remain out of Ghana.
