IN exercise of
the powers conferred on the
President by subsection (2) of
section 1 of the Local Government
Act 1993 (Act 462) this instrument
is made this 30th day of November,
2007.
EI 10/2007
amended
The Schedule to
the Creation of Municipal
Assemblies Instrument 2007 (EI 10)
is amended
(a) by the
deletion of the Adenta/Ashaiman
Municipal Assembly and the areas
that constitute the Assembly,
and
(b) by the
creation of new municipalities for
Adenta and Ashaiman as specified
in the First and Second Schedule
with the areas that constitute the
Municipal Assemblies in column 1
of each Schedule.
