WHEREAS the presence in Ghana of
Nasrullah Safiullah and
Mohammed Ashraf-Mohammed-Omar,
both Afghans is not conducive to
the public good
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
power conferred on the Minister
for the Interior under section 36
of the Immigration Act, 2000 (Act
573) this order is made the 22nd
day of October, 2007.
Nasrullah Safiullah
and Mohammed Ashraf
Mohammed-Omar are hereby
ordered to leave Ghana by 28th
October, 2007 and to thereafter
remain out of Ghana. .
