The Schedule to the Creation of
Municipal Assemblies Instrument
2007 (E.!. 10) is amended
(a) by the deletion of the Nzema
East Municipal Assembly and the
areas
that constitute the Assembly,
and
(b) by the creation of anew
Municipal Assembly for Nzema East
and a
new District Assembly for
Ellembele as specified in the
First and
Second Schedule with the
areas that constitute the
Assemblies in
column 1 of each Schedule.
