WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land specified
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
6th day of September, 2006.
The land specified in the schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.

known as site for Parking Lot
containing an approximate area of
2.00 acres situate at Mankesim in
the Mfantseman District in the
Central Region of the Republic of
Ghana adjoining a Proposed Road
and lying to the South East of
Methodist Church and bounded on
the North East by a Proposed Road
measuring a total distance of 415
feet more or less on the East by
open space and measuring on that
side 190 feet more or less on the
South by Proposed Road measuring
415 feet more or less on the West
open space measuring 230 feet more
or less which piece of land is
more particularly delineated on
the Plan No. LD. 10442/81050
hereto attached and thereon shewn
edged Pink.
