WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the land described
in the schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Government
by sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
2nd day of April, 2007,
The land specified in the schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land situate at
Asokwa in the Kumasi Municipality
in the Ashanti Region of the
Republic of Ghana and bounded
towards North by Anloga Traffic
light, towards North-East, East,
South-East and South by Kumasi
township, towards South-West, West
and North-West by Kumasi township
and Subin Stream which piece of
land is more particularly
delineated on Plan Nos LCS
121A/84558 and LCS 121B/84558
attached hereto and there-on shewn
edged Pink.
