WHEREAS
Saturday, 13th October, 2007 (Eidul-Fitr)
is a Statutory Public Holiday.
WHEREAS Monday, 15th October, 2007
is not a Statutory Public Holiday.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
under section 2 of the Public
Holidays Act, 2001 (Act 601), the
President being satisfied that
Monday, 15th October, 2007 be
observed as a Public Holiday makes
this Instrument this 8th day of
October, 2007.
Monday, 15th October, 2007 is
declared a Public Holiday.
