WHEREAS Sunday 1st July, 2007
(Republic Day) is a Statutory
Public Holiday WHEREAS Monday 2nd
July is not a Statutory Public
Holiday.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
under Section 2 of the Public
Holidays Act 2001 (Act 601), the
President being satisfied that
Monday 2nd July, 2007 be observed
as a Public Holiday makes this
Instrument this 27th day of June,
2007.
Monday 2nd July, 2007 is declared
a Public Holiday.
