WHEREAS
it appears to the President that
the land described in the Schedule
to this Instrument is land
required in the public interest;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the President
by subsection (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125) this Instrument is made this
3rd day of August, 2007.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.

and stretching from Okomfo Anokye
Teaching Hospital through Bekwai
Roundabout to Abuakwa in the
Kumasi Metropolis, in the Kumasi
Metropolitan Assembly, in the
Ashanti Region of the Republic of
Ghana and which piece of land is
more particularly delineated on
the Plan No. LC. 119/84982
attached hereto and thereon shewn
edged Pink.
