WHEREAS in the opinion of the
Minister of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of persons
specified in the Schedule to this
Order is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Minister
of the Interior by section 36 of
the Immigration Act, 2000 (Act
573) this Order is made this 7th
day of November, 2007.
The persons specified in the
Schedule to this Order are hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 7th
November, 2007.
