WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the Land specified
in the Schedule to this Instrument
is land required in the public
interest.
Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Government
by sub-section (1) of Section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125), this Instrument is made this
30th day of October, 2007.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.

ALL THAT piece of land
(Un-numbered) containing an
approximate Area of 47.12 Acres
situate at Koforidua Bukunu
Junction and lying South-East of
the Oterkpolu to Asesewa Motor
Road in the Yilo Krobo District
Assembly in the Eastern Region of
the Republic of Ghana and bounded
on the East by an Open Space; on
the South-West by an Open Space
and on the North- West by
Oterkpolu to Asesewa Motor Road
which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LC. 123/85015 attached hereto
and thereon shewn edged Pink.
