WHEREAS it appears to the President that the land specified in the Schedule to this Instrument is land required in the public interest;

Now THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred on the President by sub-section (1) of section 1 of the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act 125), this Instrument is made this 6th day of August, 2008.

The land specified in the Schedule to this Instrument is hereby declared to be land required in the public interest.

E.!. 54/2008 revoked

The State land (Site for Kofori~ua Polytechnic) Instrument 2008 (E.I. 54) is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land (un-numbered) containing an approxi­mate Area of 78.41 Acres situate at Koforidua Sector 13 in the New Juaben Municipality in the Eastern Region of the Republic of Ghana and bounded on the North -East, South-East and South- West by the Township; on the West by existing Road and on the North-West by an Open Space which piece of land is more particularly delineated on the Plan No. LC 126/85014 attached hereto and thereon shewn edged Pink.
