  1. The President on the recommendation of the Free Zones Board by Notice in the Commercial Bulletin hereby amends the declaration published in the Industrial and Commercial Bulletin No. 10 dated Friday, 17th May 1996, and declare that the area specified in the schedule is no longer a free zone.

ALL that piece of land known as Site for Ghana Free Zones Board situate South West and North East respectively of unnamed motor roads at Tema In the Tema Metropolitan Authority of the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana the boundary whereof commencing at a pillar marked SGGA. Q24/08/7 and is 13927.0 feet on a bearing of 43057 feet which bearings together to meridian lO West Longitude from a Pillar marked SGGA.018/63/l runs on a bearing of 31⁰51 feet for 482.2 feet a pillar and marked SGGA T936/09/ 2 and thence on a bearing of 130⁰ 23 feet for 5759.7 feet to a pillar marked SGGS Q624/08/8A and thence on a bearing of 225⁰ 13 feet for 675.5 feet to a pillar marked SGGA Q624/08/ 8B and thence on a bearing of 313⁰45 feet for 505.2 feet to a pillar marked SGGA. Q624/08/8C and thence on a bearing of 45⁰ 17 for 88.0 feet to a pillar marked SGGA Q624/08/8 and thence on a bearing of 31 J 0 17 for 5124.1 feet to a point of commencement thus enclosing an acres of69.03 acres of27.94 Hectares be the same several dimensions little more or less as the same premises which is more particularly delineated and shewn edged pink on the certified Plan attached.

2. The Declaration published in the Industrial and Commercial Bulletin No. la, dated Friday, 17th May 1996, conferring free zone status in respect of land situate in Tema Free Trade Zone as specified in the schedule above is hereby. revoked.
