WHEREAS
it appears to the President that
the Land specified in the
Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE,
in exercise of the powers
conferred on the President by
sub-section (1) of section 1 of
the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act
125), this Instrument is made
this 24th day of March, 2011.
The Land specified in the
Schedule to this Instrument is
hereby declared to be land
required in the public interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece or parcel of land
situate in the Wa District of
the Upper West Region of the
Republic of Ghana comprising
approximately 294.74 acres
bounded on the North by open
space and cashew plantation
measuring 1,016 feet and 2,264
feet; on the East by Kpongo to
Wa motor road measuring 4,300
feet; on the south by open space
measuring 3,282 feet and on the
Westby open space measuring
3,282 feet; which piece of land
is more particularly delineated
on the plan No. LC/139/85127
attached hereto and thereon
edged pink.
