WHEREAS it appears to the
President that the Land
specified in the Schedule to
this Instrument is land required
in the public interest:
Now
THEREFORE, in exercise of
the powers conferred on the
President by sub-section (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands
Act, 1962 (Act 125), this
Instrument is made this 15th day
of April,
2011.
The land specified in the
Schedule to this Instrument is
hereby declared to be land
required in the public interest.

situate in the Wa District of
the Upper West Region of the
Republic of Ghana comprising
approximately 5.417sqmls (14.03
km')
bounded on the North- East by
Bole to Wa trunk road and
measuring 8,700
feet and South-East by open
space and measuring 18,200 feet;
on the South- West by open space
measuring 7,400 feet and on the
North-West by open space
measuring 19,150 feet; which
piece of land is more
particularly delineated on the
plan No. LC/I40/84161 attached
hereto and thereon edged pink.
