E.I. 81 CREATION OF MUNICIPALITIES INSTRUMENT, 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the President by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Local Government Act, 1993, (Act 462) this Instrument is made this 22nd day of November, 2011.

Creation of Municipalities

The towns and areas specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Instrument shall constitute a Municipality with the name of the Municipality correspondingly specified in column 2.
