ESTABLISHMENT OF FAMILY TRIBUNALS INSTRUMENT, 1978 (LI 1160).

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Chief Justice by section 1 of the Maintenance of Children Decree, 1977 (S.M.C.D. 133) this Instrument is made this 26th day of July, 1978.

1. There is hereby established in each magisterial district specified in the first column of the Schedule to this Instrument a family tribunal which shall consist of the persons specified in the second column of the Schedule in relation to each tribunal.

2. The tribunals shall exercise the jurisdiction conferred on them by section 3 of the Maintenance of Children Decree, 1977 (S.M.C.D. 133).
