IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the National
Redemption Council by section 1 of
the Statutory Corporations Act,
1964 (Act 232), this Instrument is
made this 12th day of February,
1975.
Section 1—L.I. 709 Amended by the
Substitution for “General Manager”
of “Managing Director”.
There is hereby substituted for
the words " General Manager "
wherever they appear in paragraphs
5 (2) (b), 6 (2) (3) (4), 9, 10
(1) (a) (3) (4) (c), 11 (2) (4),
12 (3) and 13 (2) and (3) of the
Graphic Corporation Instrument,
1971 (L.I. 709), the words "
Managing Director".
Section 2—Commencement.
This Instrument shall be deemed to
have come into force on 13th day
of March, 1974.
